As overseer of Bader Development’s financing and refinancing, Sid is extremely knowledgeable about government and associated programs as well as creative refinancing opportunities. With more than 50 years of experience in real estate development and management, both locally and nationally, Sid is invaluable to the success of new development and acquisitions.


Scott bader
Principal / Shareholder

Scott is responsible for new development and corporate growth. Since 1980, he has led development and construction of over 30 multi-family projects, ten commercial retail centers and three single family developments. He believes the key to successful real estate development is anticipating lifestyle trends and building communities around them. Scott is a licensed real estate broker and has experience as a practicing attorney.


Mark jensen
treasurer / shareholder

Mark oversees accounting and financial management of the company's portfolio. He has extensive experience in detailed financial planning and analysis in the multi-housing industry. Mark works closely with investors, partnerships and accountants to ensure that the goals and visions of the investors are effectively realized.



Will guides overall project direction and coordination for all new developments, from pre-development, through completion of construction, and lease up. Will is certified by the National Development Council as a Historic Housing Development Finance Professional.


robb bader
President / shareholder

Robb leads new development and acquisitions, leveraging almost 20 years of sales and leasing experience in both the Twin Cities and Los Angeles markets. Since moving to Minneapolis in 2008, he has been involved as a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and currently serves on the Jewish Housing and Programming (J-HAP) Board of Directors.


Jon Bader
Chief Investment Officer

Jon oversees investments at Bader Diamond Funds. With more than a decade of experience acquiring properties throughout the United States, he currently applies his expertise to multifamily acquisitions. To date, he has sourced and closed more than $1.5 billion in transaction volume.
